CONVERSION OF WASTELAND INTO FERTILE LAND

  • The land that has no owner and it is a wasteland or no more use by society for living purposes then   any Muslim with the permission of government make it fertile ,so he is the owner of that land.           
  • If a man make wasteland into fertile land and make some marks with wood stick or stones at its ends as an evidence than no other man can interfere in this matter. After making this evidences, man did not use this land for 3 years for harvest or society then this land is no more his posession .            
  • After  making evidences if any man extortionately make this his possesion than it is not allowed in Islam.                                                                                                                                                         
  • If government give someone wasteland to make it fertile but the man is not his owner and make profit with this land ,it is right.
