REGULATIONS ABOUT THE USE OF DRUGS IN ISLAM

v  The drugs that are dry are pure .They are used in low amount like in the treatment of any disease recommended  by a doctor is right but if they cause faintness than it is not allowed. If a person use this low amount on daily basis than its use increase day by day.The use of dry drugs for the person own desire is Haram. The list of dry drugs is following: Heroine,Codeine,Pethidine and Cannabis.                                               The type of alcohol that are called HARAM by all Muslim of wine of all types and wine of dates. All these wine are Haram for drinking and selling purposes.                                                                                     ----------

Although the alcohol which are made with potato, cereals and  grains are used in making sprits are allowed in low amount . If  the sprits made with dates or grapes are Haram . Homeopathic medicines are used according to the about order . During the operation , the use of chloroform and ether for faintness of patient is allowed .
